What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?

When registering on our site, as appropriate, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. You will also be asked to enter a password, which is stored in an encrypted (hashed) form in our database.

How do we use your information?

We use the information you provide to:

  • uniquely identify you in order to serve you customised, personalised reports;
  • link you to your selected company (if applicable), meaning your company administrator may also view your personalised reports;
  • link you to a Partner organisation (if applicable), meaning your Partner administrator may also view your personalised reports.

You may also make payments through our site. Our payment provider, PayFast, may also require and store information about your transaction so as to facilitate these payments. You may view the PayFast privacy policy here.

When you make a purchase via this site, we will store information about the transaction such as amount paid, and time of transaction, but we do not store your payment details in any way.

Finally, your email address may be used for sending you periodic updates about the Contribution Compass application. In such cases, every email will contain a link so that you may unsubscribe from all future email communications.

How do we protect visitor information?

Our website is scanned for malware on a regular basis, as well as for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Our website is also safeguarded with an SSL certificate to make sure all information between your browser and our servers is fully encrupted.
